How does the free trial work? Is it available for all plans?
When you sign up, you instantly get access to our Growth plan for 7 days. We will email you when your trial expires. You can then select a plan and pay by credit card to continue using the product. If you choose not to continue, your account will be suspended.

What counts as a Gmelius user?
A user is defined as a Google / G Suite email account part of your Gmelius subscription. For example, it will be any Gmail account such as firstname.lastname@example.org or any Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) account such as email@example.com.
Can I have team members on different plans?
No, all members on your team must be on the same plan.
Can I have users from different domains (e.g., clients) part of my Gmelius subscription?
Yes, you can invite any user or company as long as they have Gmail or Google Workspace (G Suite) accounts. Furthermore, our Pro plan makes it possible to create specific groups if you need to segment users part of your subscription per client, department, ...
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, you do not. You will only be required to produce your credit card information when you upgrade to a paid subscription.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase Gmelius with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions over 20 members, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid by credit card.
What currency can I pay in?
We accept payments in US Dollars ($) and Euros (€).
Do you offer non-profit discounts?
