I love sharing my inbox with my team, which allows us to coordinate our job better! This tool is super helpfull to use along with Gmail to keep the labels for each client in just one place.

The assignment of emails to other colleagues has been helpful and very easy to use. In addition, the ability to open and close emails makes it very clear to my team and me when an issue has been dealt with.

The joint email inbox is very helpful when collaborating. Especially if there are a lot of incoming emails Gmelius helps users sort the emails and assign them to the correct department.

We were initially thinking of a separate solution like Zendesk, but were immediately fascinated when we learned about Gmelius. The biggest advantage is that we can work on our private Gmail accounts and shared Gmelius inbox simultaneously without any need to switch window, etc.

My favorite features: 1. The ability to tag colleagues in notes and share emails without needing to forward. This keeps all of our email threads neat and easy to follow and we all stay up to date with any replies...

We were looking for a way to collaborate on customer and client issues without a proliferation of email chains or people falling through the cracks and Gmelius does this really well.
